EMDR Workbook + Course

I’ve been using Kambria’s workbooks with clients this year and WOW, it has made a difference. They are built for intensives but you can use them with clients in general. After each section in the workbook there are reflection exercises that help them identify their goals for EMDR. Culminating at the end of Section, it takes all those goals and summarizes them.
