Accelerated Resolution Therapy
For those that want to stop living in fear and overcome the negative effects from the aftermath of trauma.
YOU FEEL HOPELESS AND DESPERATE FOR RELIEF
You wake up in the middle of the night with your heart racing, sweat pouring down your face, gasping for air. Another panic attack. You try to push the thoughts aside, but they keep coming back like a bad dream.
You've always been an adventurous person, but you feel like you lost a part of yourself after that traumatic experience. It's not just the panic attacks - you also struggle with anxiety, depression, and disturbing flashbacks that leave you feeling helpless and vulnerable.
You want to find a way to overcome the negative effects of what happened and regain control of your life.
You don’t have to live in fear.
What is Accelerated Resolution Therapy?
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is an innovative way to help people feel better, faster. It uses eye movements to help clients work through difficult experiences without talking about them.
This helps them to take back the power of their emotions, creating a better sense of control amidst past traumas and current triggers.
Many people have found that it helps them find relief where other methods were unsuccessful.
The process of ART involves the client focusing on an image or memory while simultaneously moving their eyes back and forth.
This movement helps to neutralize the negative feelings associated with the experience, allowing them to begin to move forward without having to re-live it in vivid detail.
With the help of a trained therapist, clients can work through their issues in a safe, non-invasive way.
OVERCOME LIFE’S TOUGHEST OBSTACLES
How does Accelerated Replacement Therapy work?
The process of ART is simple but powerful. It begins with the client focusing on an image or thought that triggers intense emotions, such as fear or anger.
The therapist then guides the client in moving their eyes back and forth while they focus on the memory. By doing this, they are able to reprocess the experience in a way that takes away its power and helps them find relief.
The results can be felt immediately, as the client often experiences a sense of peace and relaxation afterward. Over time, with continued use, ART can help people to better manage their emotions and regain control over their lives.
It's important to note that ART is not magic - it requires patience and dedication in order to see results. But many people have found that it's an effective way to process difficult emotions and find relief from the effects of trauma and begin to feel better even after one session.
How is Accelerated Replacement Therapy different?
Traditional forms of therapy such as psychotherapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy can take weeks or even months to see results.
ART is different in that it provides quick relief from emotional distress, often after a single session.
It also allows clients to work through difficult experiences without having to talk about them in detail - something many people find more comfortable and easier to cope with.
It is a non-invasive form of therapy that has been proven to be remarkably successful in aiding those struggling with the aftermath of trauma. It can drastically reduce feelings of anxiety, depression, fear, and more - all without requiring lengthy, detailed conversations about what happened to you.
If you are looking for swift results instead of long discussions about your issues, then this might just be the perfect solution for you!

I know what you're thinking, "ART sounds too good to be true. Relief from longstanding symptoms after a single session?"
Well, yes - it really is that effective. In fact, many people are able to find relief from the effects of trauma and begin to feel better even after their first session.
Of course, everyone's experience with ART is different and results may vary depending on individual factors. But most people find that they start to see positive changes within a couple of sessions.

Absolutely! Although ART is an effective form of therapy on its own, it can also be used in conjunction with other forms of treatment.
For example, if you're currently in psychotherapy or cognitive-behavioral therapy, combining ART with your traditional sessions can help to accelerate results and provide a more holistic approach to healing.
Before you start utilizing Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), it is important to talk with your current counselor, if applicable, who can provide insight into how best to combine ART use with the therapy already being administered.
