Hi. I'm Janette Cross, and I approach life as a realist who values meeting people where they are, without judgment.
I offer EMDR and CBT helping teens, young adults, adults, and parents feel more successful and less stressed in the midst of their current situations.
I firmly believe that in the midst of life's challenges, whether they stem from our own choices, the actions of others, or simply the unpredictable nature of existence, it's crucial to be authentic and supportive for my clients.
Life can get messy and navigating it can be tough, but regardless of how you arrived at this point, I'm here to assist you through any season you're currently facing.
I love to run! I had to take some time to heal/recover and now I am training for a half marathon that I will run with my kids. I love high adrenaline things too, like bungee jumping, zip lining, and I want to go skydiving someday. I love to travel and try new things (if you couldn't tell)...
